Step Up Consulting LLC (SUC) is a woman and minority-owned based Information Technology consulting firm located in Ventura County CA. We serve Public sector, Education and Commercial clients across the U.S.
SUC’s services include Project Management and IT Consulting services for Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.
We focus on deploying UKG's (Formerly Kronos) Workforce Ready HCM suite of SaaS solutions including HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitemnt, Benefits, Performance Management, ACA, Timekeeping, Leave, Scheduling, Payroll and Payroll services.
Our offerings include Implemenation, Testing, Training and Level 1 helpdesk support services.
Step Up's team Consultants and Project Managers are industry SME's. These are folks who've spent several years of successfully working with vendors and customers in implementing and deploying UKG's solutions.
