Christine, CEO and President of Step Up Consulting LLC, is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, program management, and organizational transformation. Since founding Step Up Consulting in 2019, her visionary leadership has propelled the company to extraordinary growth, establishing it as a trusted partner for workforce management, project execution, and advisory services.

Christine’s leadership journey spans high-impact roles in globally recognized organizations. Before Step Up Consulting, she served as Director of Professional Services at Ellucian, where she led strategic ERP and CRM engagements. She also held the role of Consulting Practice Manager at UKG, leading the U.S. public sector practice and overseeing a team of project managers and consultants.

Her proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, combined with her passion for innovation and collaboration, continues to drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes for clients.

Susan, Practice Manager at Step Up Consulting LLC, brings over a decade of diverse professional experience in project management, customer relations, and marketing. Since joining Step Up Consulting in 2020, Susan has been instrumental in leading project setups, facilitating discovery and build phases, and ensuring successful project completions with industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.

She oversees the development of project management infrastructure, financial management, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and client success.
Prior to her role at Step Up Consulting, Susan served as Project and Marketing Manager at Palmer Canning Systems, where she managed national and international exhibitions and developed marketing campaigns. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her role make her an invaluable leader within the Step Up Consulting team

Praneet Panga, CFO of Step Up Consulting LLC, is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, financial planning, and business intelligence. As CFO and a Partner on the Board of Directors, Praneet plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and long-term vision.

Prior to joining Step Up Consulting, Praneet served as Vice President of FP&A, Business Intelligence, and Licensing Governance at Xperi Inc. He has also held leadership roles at Nokia and Accenture, managing high-value contracts, strategic pricing, and global licensing programs.

Praneet earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago. His expertise and strategic insight continue to fuel Step Up Consulting’s growth and success.
