After an unexpected change with our Time Keeping solution, we found ourselves in need of switching Time Keeping platforms. The challenge – find a new solution, obtain a signed contract and be live with our new solution before our existing contract expired. We start down the path the last week in February, 2021 and by the last week in May, 2021,we were live.
I’ve been told we broke records for the fastest implementation and maybe that’s true. But what’s also true is that we couldn’t have done so without the tremendous help from Step Up Consulting. A month after our Go-Live, we were able to implement an entirely new population into the system, which again, we couldn’t have accomplished if Step Up Consulting hadn’t so we prepared us ahead of time.
